If you are a Chrome user, download the User Agent Switcher for Google Chrome. It is a simple extension and takes just a few seconds to download and sit on your web browser. Open the web version of Instagram, i.e, www.instagram.com and go to your profile. Click on the extension and select the User Agent according to your Smartphone operating system.
Bang on, you can now post a picture on Instagram using Chrome on your Windows PC. Click on the Camera icon and upload the picture you want to post.
Unfortunately, the trick only lets you crop or rotate the picture before you upload.
